Halloween Parties: Saturday, Nov 1

This year is a special treat, because we get TWO nights to dress up. Friday, 10/31 and tonight!  Of course, costumes are always welcome at the various theater performances and haunted houses as well.

TOP PICK: Rock The Cause Halloween Show

Why should you go? Because this is a fundraiser for a great musicly-inclined local non-profit, Rock the Cause, and this “Halloween” event will be an insane costume party highlighted with classic rock tribute bands, special EP release, and a jazz lounge.

But really, this is going to be one of the most unique and cool events you will ever go to in the Twin Cities. I’ve been to this event several times, and its ridiculously fun and cool. It’s held at a “mansion” on Cedar Lake, but really, it’s an 80’s style condo building that has been completely restored in to the most unique house in Minnesota for sure.  6 condos next to and above eachother make up one giant “mansion.”  Like 30 rooms of crazy themes, knocked out floors, including stage and opera house, which will feature classic rock covers all night.   Johnny James and the Hall of Fames will be dressed as, and playing the Beatles. There will also be a Led Zepplin tribute.

The War Poets will also be releasing an EP and Sammy Brown will be in the jazz lounge as well. There will be a cash bar, but entry ticket also comes with 4 free drinks.
