Tomorrow we are releasing the newest version in our Midwest IPA series – Lost Souls! This midwest IPA was brewed using local Centennial and Tropica Hops from Mighty Axe Hops. Big notes of berry, marmalade off the nose. Bitter and dank, then finishes smooth. Lost Souls will be available in the taproom and for to-go!

Hopped with Amarillo, Lotus, Chinook and MN Crystal, this hazy IPA is bright & delicious with notes of candied orange marmalade, bright citrus, apricot, melon, and a touch o' pine. Our entry in the Black is Beautiful collaborative initiative spearheaded by @weatheredsoulsbrewing (San Antonio, TX). We will donate $7 from each CROWLER, $4 from each tulip sold to @appetiteforchange , to support their crucial work, using “food as a tool to build health, wealth, and social change” in North Minneapolis. The beer itself is a blended Imperial Stout (10.5% ABV) – we brewed a small batch closely hewing to the Black is Beautiful recipe template, and then blended in approximately 20% of a rye whiskey barrel-aged stout. Thick, imposing, layers of black malt flavor, with hints of vanilla and spirit barrel. Now available! Link in bio! #newbeerthursday

New beer this Wednesday! ‘Love is the Law’ is an homage to the landmark civil rights ruling from the Supreme Court last week. The court ruled that the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits sex discrimination, applies to discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. To honor those who continue to fight for L.G.B.T. rights, ONE will donate 100% of the proceeds from Love is the Law, a double dry-hopped NEIPA, to @outfrontmn through the end of June (#pridemonth). 🏳️‍🌈🍻
